The Terry Hennessey Microbiology Fellowship offers a young investigator, normally under the age of 35, working in the field of infectious diseases, a travel grant of up to £1500 (GBP) to present a paper/poster at the Annual Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy (ICAAC) Meeting in the USA.
The Society administers this award on behalf of the Terry Hennessey Microbiology Fellowship Trust will reimburse these expenses upon submission of receipts to the Honorary Treasurer of the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy.
Value
£1500 maximum, payable to the applicant on return from the meeting. Applicants must submit expenses on the official BSAC claim form accompanied by original receipts.
