FIS 2011 will deliver a stimulating scientific programme, covering a broad range of issues, relevant to professionals working across all fields of infection. The programme includes headline plenary sessions, complemented by more focussed symposia, workshop and satelite sessions. In addition, a new format poster session will create new opportunities for delegates to network and develop new collaborations.
The BSAC have organised the European Antibiotic Awareness Day programme on Day 3 of the conference, in collaboration with the UKCPA. In addition, the BSAC have provided programmes for parallel sessions on antibiotic resistance (Day 1) and surgical infection (Day 2).
